Leading Projects Through Execution

This class builds upon the foundation of project management covered in course 1 (Foundations of Modern Project Management) to give you valuable skills required in today’s ever-changing corporate project management environment. Through interactive discussions of the topics of stakeholder management, leading teams, finance, financial planning, and basic process improvement tools and techniques, you will come away with skills needed to execute against all the planning that has gone into the project plan.
Agile Project Management

Rounding out the series of project management courses in the USF Office of Corporate Training and Professional Education, this course builds upon the two previous courses (Foundations of Modern Project Management and Leading Projects through Execution) to give you valuable skills related to the exciting world of “agile project management”. In this course, you will examine the seven steps of the agile process, how the agile process encourages accountability, teamwork, and organization from team members, and how to be a project manager in an agile environment.

The “Leading as a Supervisor” course is designed to equip current and aspiring supervisors with the essential skills and knowledge necessary to effectively lead teams and drive organizational success. This course explores the unique challenges and responsibilities faced by supervisors and provides practical strategies for overcoming them.
