Susie Wentz, CEO

Susie Wentz is the CEO of ACIL Consulting, where she leads day-to-day operations and sets the firm’s strategic direction. She works behind the scenes to bring clarity, structure, and alignment to the work—ensuring ideas turn into execution.

Her background spans operations, strategy, sales, customer experience, and project leadership, with a consistent focus on building systems that scale and relationships that last. Susie is known for seeing both the big picture and the details that make it work.

Susie is a mom, wife, and Army veteran who leads with faith and family at the center of her life. Outside of work, she can usually be found cheering on her son, traveling with her family, cycling, golfing, or enjoying time together at home.

Shane Wentz, COO & Lead Consultant

Shane Wentz is the Lead Consultant and COO at ACIL Consulting, where he partners closely with leaders and teams to improve execution, strengthen leadership, and build systems that work in the real world. His approach is collaborative, hands-on, and rooted in the belief that meaningful improvement starts with people.

A Master Black Belt, published author, and retired Army veteran, Shane brings experience across military, corporate, and consulting environments. He has supported improvement and transformation efforts for organizations including the U.S. Army, Nike, Siemens, and Amazon.

Shane is known for working side-by-side with teams—coaching leaders, modeling behaviors, and helping organizations turn strategy into sustained results.

Ernie Arboles, Consultant

Ernie Arboles is a seasoned continuous improvement consultant with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations simplify complexity and improve how work gets done. A Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business, he brings a pragmatic, results-focused approach to every engagement.

Ernie earned his Master Black Belt accreditation while helping launch GE’s Six Sigma program within NBC. Since then, he has partnered with organizations across technology, finance, healthcare, and manufacturing—helping leaders identify high-impact opportunities and build the capability to sustain improvement.

Ernie works closely with teams to create practical improvements that stick, always keeping people at the center of the work.
