Susie is an experienced leader whose expertise is focused on one thing: the customer. With a strong background in building relationships between internal and external customers, Susie fully understands the complexities of connecting with consumers to reach high adoption rates. She is also skilled at developing strategies to overcome potential roadblocks. Susie has a diverse background in marketing, sales, transactional operations, project management, and consumer experience in a variety of industries.
She has saved companies millions of dollars due to her implementation of cost-effective solutions. Also, through targeted consumer experience techniques, she has helped generate millions of dollars in revenue.
As a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with over 10 years of corporate and government experience, Susie leverages continuous improvement strategies to deploy effective solutions for C-suite Leaders and their teams. With a keen ability to understand exactly what consumers want, Susie translates her knowledge into effective strategies to enhance operations and increase revenue for lasting change.
Susie has worked for several Fortune 100 companies as well as the Department of the Army as a civil servant. In addition, she is a veteran of the United States Army and has lived across the United States, and in Europe, giving her valuable insights regarding local and global operations.
